Blue Cottage Photography is a 'Mom & Pop' studio in Topeka, Kansas. We seek to supply individuals and families with a local, affordable services. The owner and Photographer: Brad Arthurs, seeking a photography degree, attended Amarillo Community College in Texas before moving to the Shawnee County area. Brad and his family have lived in Topeka for nine years and have always been supporters of the local community. After 38 years of service with the Newspaper Business, Brad is ready to shift his priority over to his real interests.

We simply started as a low-budget hobby for the local seniors in our neighborhood and grew from there.
